This Friday, the Old blue Last will be hosting the launch party for Frisco’s new single, “Eyes on You”. The song is a UK funky-influenced number, and it’s a lot more, er, girl-friendly than the relentlessly aggressive grime that Big Fris is known for, so there may even be some dancing. David Banner played the Old Blue Last on Friday. He did a special set for “white boys” (in his words) which included a cover of “Smells Like Teen Spirit”. Grime MCs Jammer, Skepta and Slew Dem got on stage as well.
