Of course its original, I can’t think of anyone who has done work anything like this. And yes feminist activism has been done but it’s FAR FROM OVER - the point is that everyone thinks ‘yeah women have had their say now, now they can shut up’ and she is trying to bring it back, you have to applaud that at least. Cindy Sherman took pics of herself, was she vapid??
You may think there’s no point to her work but you had a reaction, most art is so boring and conceptual now you can’t understand and it or give a shit about it.
