SKINS - A NEW SHOW THAT’S NOT ABOUT SKINS

Skins is a new TV series by the people who made that other wacky English show Shameless. It revolves around a bunch of dissimilar friends who share a love for spliff, losing their virginity and partying and is essentially the new Degrassi for the generation that couldn’t get enough of Snake and his pals.

This is one of the most addictive things we’ve watched all year and it starts in Australia on Thursday January 7th at 10pm on SBS. Ok, wow, cool.

Dos and Dont’s

Guns are badass (they kill people), but that doesn’t mean you can throw on any old pearl-handled six-shooters some Chinese sweatshop copied from a picture of the OK Corral. You look like you fell asleep on Annie Oakley’s floor.

Pedal pushers, bobby socks, and those fold-up bikes you can fit in your hallway are fucking lame until some ex-architect with a penchant for violence gives so little of a shit what I think I have to rethink the whole thing.
