In our recent Rehabistan story we mention that many Afghani parents give sick children heroin instead of medicine because doctors are often a couple of days donkey ride away. its not that big a deal. my sister gives her kids so much childrens tylenol and over the counter shit and half of it is knock-off opium derivative. a little opium never hurt anyone.
