That skinhead dude with the megaphone is a member of Calci e Pugni, a fanzine which was born as the newsletter for Internazionale F.C. ultràs. That's Italian for hooligan- although sometimes we call them "uligani", which is super-hilarious. "Calci e Pugni" translates as "Kicks and Punches". They're nazis. Don't mess with them. They will kill you.
