He fotografiado gallos de pelea desde 2000. Estas fotos fueron tomadas entre 2004 y 2006. Los gallos normalmente están armados con navajas quirúrgicas amarradas a una o ambas patas. Usan las pequeñas —de hasta dos centímetros y medio—. Las peleas de gallos no son legales aquí, pero, como tantas cosas ilegales, están más o menos permitidas. Por eso amo tanto a México.
