We still think that The Muslims was a better name than The Soft Pack. We talked to them way back before the change a couple of times so they seem a bit like old friends who have started moving in different circles denying their sordid, bullet-riddled 12″ sleeve past. However, seeing as they keep cranking out taught, melodious garage pop we can’t stay mad at them long.
