Gallows are headlining the next Vice Presents show in December and have given us access to the video for their new single called “Misery”, which is not available anywhere else on the internet (except here) yet. Feast your eyes, Gallows fans everywhere. And if you want to know what Frank is saying in all the bleeped out parts, the lyrics are ” FUCK! / Misery fucking loves me / And I love her too”.
Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
If you liked that, you may want to download the entire Grey Britain album in all its uncensored glory, and should probably come and see them at Vice Presents on December 18th, which is the only London gig they’ll be doing. Lovvers and Male Bonding are playing also. Get your tickets for that here.

Yeah it’s pretty exclusive…apart from the fact it’s on the Grey Britain Deluxe edition album, along with all the other videos.
Apart from that though…

Its pretty good, but whats wit the faggy piano intro with no relevence to the song?
Gallows were keeping the crippled body of punk alive, and then they added a piano part :-(

‘franks dad’ you are a complete cock and one of the many reasons that real music is dying out.

shut the fuck up, you know nothing.

Hey, why don’t you both shut up and stop arguing yeah?
its not to everyones taste, get the fuck over it.
personally, I think the incorporation of classical music and punk rock is a very interesting touch, and I think it signifies the difference between the past and present, where we came from and where we are now.

Us Carter boys and our friends are such nice lads…so the arguement is about the piano? I wish in the vid they put the pig in a baby grand and slammed the lid a bunch of times, then played the intro with his battered corpse half hanging out the piano…that’d b some good fuckin piano.
Keep the new songs coming boys.

1. its great to see progression in music, not many bands make a change from one sound to another successfully.
2. Its not holding the crippled body of punk up because gallows are not punk, it is hardcore at its finest
3. lookin forward to the liverpool show me and my wife are flying over for it, well vacation but that just so happens to be while we are there, cant wait!

Gallows have used a piano since the first album retards.
and the piano/snare intro sets the scene for the whole song.
Fuck me am i the only half smart person that’s posted a comment?

The piano sounds miserable. Is that not the point? I don’t think they were going for punk or hardcore there…
Anyhow, controversy aside, I love it.

god damn every bodies a critic! you all need to pull the stick out your ass and like this band. i think the gallows serve as a sign of a new breed/genre of music thats helping get rid of an old shitty one one…EMO.i see no problem with the piano intro (*NOTE* penny wise had a piano intro on bro hym tribute great song and the refused had techno on shape of punk to come)what the big deal?oh and it seems another big issue with you all is the difference between hard core and punk hate to break it to you al but……..their both!. so stop being so anal about the little things and enjoy the fucking music after all we can all agree it could be worse it could be my chemical romance or staind.

i think the idea that you shouldn’t be allowed to use certain instruments because the genres they’re typically associated with don’t match the use is retarded. the electric guitar was typically a blues instrument in it’s early days. experimentation is key to the evolution of music.
that said, i lost a lot of respect for Gallows when they had a song on guitar hero - seemed very sell-out to me. musically i preferred the first album and i’m not enthralled with this new direction and the song sounded very half-hearted.

(piano intro) Such bad music…wannabe punks are pathetic. And so is this fake stereotyped violence for bourgeois Emo-Kids. Another big dump in an ocean of mass-manufactured “music”. Smells funny. (piano outro)

the intro sounds like a nine inch nails song. which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. it shows they have some depth to their songs.
