Gyratory System normally perform with their octogenarian father, but the day we went to visit them he was away. It was a shame, but the collection of stupid instruments they use to create their turbo-tin-pan techno/trashcore/art-clang/whatever pointless label people feel like resting on their shoulders made up for it. They talked to us about “the process”, the philosophy they utilise to make their music (we say philosophy, but it’s less about high-minded ideas and more about instruments from a toy shop). Anyway, they’re great. Watch them in the video below.
