Who the fuck thought this was a good idea?! They’ve just taken the worst parts of each genre and cack-handedly shoved the two together..

I’m not saying that it’s right what they’ve done there but it’s completly unfair to judge the music from this audio. I do Live music production no matter what band you are or what ever shit music you’re playing audio from a shitty handy cam is gunna sound fucking awful. All thats happened is they’ve spent all the money they got from last year and invested in a chemical factory unfoutunatley it’s made their music shitty than ever but you have to remeber to them it sounds MDMAmazing.

They sound confused. Surely there’s a difference between being musically innovative and being ignorant of what styles of music go, or in this case don’t go, together? Merely mixing two styles of unrelated music together does not equal good creativity. All they’ve demonstrated is that they’re able to play some guitar along to a cheap sounding dub beat. It does not work. Oil in water.

After writing that comment i realised that actually another band has done a metal/dubstep mix. They’re called Devil Sold His Soul and released it on itunes with a single is called “clouds dustep remix” and it’s actually good.

a couple years ago i really liked enter shikari! and to be honest i still do. this footage really doesnt do them any justice. there 1st album take to the skies was awesome!! am not big into screamo and i hate crunk screamo. but if you ever wanna judge them fairly check out “anything could happen in the next half hour”… it is a great song!

this is probably the worst live recording ive ever heard. im not talking about the band. im talking about the quality. anybody who have EVER heard this live, knows there is definatly a bass in there. its just not audible on this recording.

just got off a tour with them, and i can tell you first hand that the sound on this vid is basically displaying about half of what’s actually going on. this song is just a brief interlude on the album, and i find it really good - not to mention that there’s not a lick of “emo” attitude with these guys. get over the fact that you don’t understand something different.
