mr. clean, i saw the same thing you did when i first glanced at this picture. it looks like the tattoo is on the side of the torso, and the person has their arm up in the arm so you can see their arm pit. the toe of the shoe looks like spandex that is stretching over the person's waist and hip.
just for the record, the tattoo itself is rather "meh." and a "cool" tattoo does not a "do" make. how do you know this girl doesn't have bleached hair with those nasty black stripes, fake tits, spackled-on makeup, and a hideous outfit?
