If I'm not mistaken, the can is stating that they used "un poulet entier" to MAKE the broth. You see, "bouillon" (or broth) is made by letting something (in this case, chicken) simmer in water, which absorbs the taste. The broth itself does not include the chicken. So basically its just chicken soup, not chicken-in-a-can.
