Top: This is Mike Skinner AKA The Streets and his debut album Original Pirate Material is the best thing we’ve heard in years. American label execs passed on it (huh?) but this pure English style of rapping over old garage and jungle beats is going to be bigger than punk (we’d get into it more but it’s the photo issue).
