LES KRIMS
These manipulated Polaroids were originally published in the 1975 book, Fictcryptokrimsographs: A Book-Work by Les Krims (Humpy Press). It’s incredible stuff, and good luck finding the book for under a jillion dollars now. But hey, lucky for you, we’ve got 15 of these photos for you to marvel at. Also, you should google Les Krims. It’s crazyin the early 1970s, his photos caused a kidnapping in Memphis (they’d return the kid if a gallery took down his photos) and then a few years later an anti-porn feminist tore up his photos and poured chocolate syrup on them. Wow!

And I laughed out loud at the pencil test.
The idea of a "feminist" veiwing this work as "porn" is pretty sad. | | |
