French couturier Stéphane Rolland is a gem amongst a few pebbles at this year’s Couture Fashion Week.
Rolland was appointed Head Of Menswear at Balenciaga by age 21, and now seems to be honouring the great Cristóbal Balenciaga himself with the purist influences he is channeling with own label.
And yet massive dot com fashion operations ever cover his shows — he certainly needs to be shared with the English-speaking world. His work is a relief from all the geometry hiding the body beneath angles right now. Perhaps once finding his wares in blisteringly hot editorials becomes commonplace, I might be reassured that natural formation still has a place in fashion. Rolland is it’s greatest champion.
Stéphane Rolland doesn’t compromise himself by straining to make references; he is just in love with making new classics.

Советую автору установить плагин “Akismet”, а то у Вас спама собралось очень большое количество.
