Our friends Alana Lake and Fayann Smith just took a trip to a remote little hillock in the Eastern Bloc beer basket of Slovakia. It meant shitting in an outhouse and eating a lot of cheese but they did come back with these great pictures of their hosts’ houses, which you can use to make all kinds of broad generalizations about Slovaks around the world.
